ITINERARY
• Transfer from Delhi to Manali by an AC Volvo Bus - Overnight journey - (540kms one way/approx. 15 hours’ drive/gaining a height of 6,726 feet above sea level)
- The group will assemble at the pick-up point by 7:00 PM (tentative).
- We'll meet the team captains and a small tour briefing session will be conducted.
- After which, we’ll head out on an overnight journey to Manali.
- Note: The pickup point would be Majnu Ka Tila (tentative).
• Manali- Kunzum Pass - Kaza
Pick up from Manali Bus Station.
- We will head out to Kaza
- En route, visit Kunzum Pass is one of the highest motorable mountain passes of India. It serves as a gateway to the beautiful Spiti Valley. It lies on the eastern Kunzum Range of the Himalayas.
- We will reach the headquarters of Spiti, Kaza by late evening and check in to our designated stays.
- Dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay in Kaza.
• Kaza-Langza-Hikkam-Komic-Kaza
- Morning Breakfast.
- Visit Langza Village - The village is known as the "fossil village" of Spiti Valley
- Enroute Visit Hikim village - Visit highest Post Office in the world – Hikkim Village.
- Enroute Visit Komic village - Visit highest village in the world at an altitude of 15,500ft connected by a motorable road – Komic
- In the evening, we'll head back to our designated stay. Dinner followed by an overnight stay in Kaza.
• Kaza-Dhankar-Tabo
- Morning Breakfast.
- Visit Tabo has the oldest caves on barren mountains and Thanka paintings, one of the most precious paintings of Buddhism.
- Visit Dhankar Monastery
- Dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay in Tabo.
• Tabo-Mud- Pin Valley - Kaza
- Morning Breakfast.
- Visit Mud is a village in the cold desert region of Spiti.
- Visit Pin Valley National Park (Vehicle will drop at the Gate of Pin Valley National Park)
- Dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay in Kaza.
• Kaza Local – Kumzum La – Pass - Chandratal
- Morning Breakfast.
- Visit Key Gompa (Key Monastery) and Kibber village
- Visit Kunzumla Pass which is 4590 M. highest pass on Spiti Lahaul Road
- Visit Chandratal The lake got its name because of its crescent shape
- Dinner will be served in the evening followed by an overnight stay in Chandratal
• Chandartal- Atal Tunnel - Manali
- After early morning breakfast, we'll check out of our campsites and start our return journey to Manali.
- visit Chandratal Lake
- Visit Atal Tunnel
- In the evening, we will board the bus for an overnight drive to Delhi.
• Delhi Arrival | Tour Ends
The group will reach Delhi and part ways with fond memories.
